Police reappeal for information to locate teen Monica Maguire missing from Redfern

Police are reappealing for information to help locate a teenage girl Monica Maguire missing from Redfern since August.

Monica Maguire, aged 14, failed to return home from school on Wednesday 3 August 2016, and was reported missing to officers from Redfern Local Area Command.

Detectives commenced searching for her; however, she has not been located.

Concerns are held for Monica’s welfare due to her age and vulnerability.

Monica Maguire has been known to frequent Mount Druitt, Sydney CBD, Blue Mountains and the NSW South Coast.

Monica is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, with a fair complexion and long dark brown hair.

Monica Maguire was last seen wearing a black padded jacket with a hood, black or grey pants, and black ‘Nike’ sneakers with the logo on the tongue of the shoe.

Anyone who knows of Monica’s whereabouts is urged to come forward.

Missing boy, Riverview

The 10-year-old boy missing from Riverview has been located safe and well.

Police are seeking assistance to help locate a boy missing from Riverview.

The 10-year-old was last seen by family on Thursday September 1 in Riverview but hasn’t been seen by the family since, however Police believe that he was sighted on September 5 in the Redbank area.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to the amount of time he has been missing.

He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, around 110cms tall with short light coloured hair and has a solid build.

He was last seen wearing a blue and white long sleeved t-shirt with an emblem and dark track suit pants and black shoes.

Anyone that may have seen the boy is being urged to contact police.

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a girl reported missing from Willowvale.

The 15-year-old girl was last seen around 8.45pm on Thursday September 1 in the Willowvale area but hasn’t been seen since.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to the amount of time she has been missing.

She is described as being Caucasian in appearance around 150cms tall with a light complexion, solid build and had dark brown wavy hair and blue eyes.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a pink shirt with a black hooded jumper, black shorts, fluoro yellow coloured sock and possibly pink shoes.

Anyone that may have seen the girl is being asked to contact police.
